Caroline Recio is an Attorney in the Education Unit at the Justice Center of Southeast Massachusetts. Caroline represents students and their families in various school related issues, including school discipline and special education matters. Caroline received their J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in History from Agnes Scott College. Prior to law school Caroline served for five years as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army.
