Erin Hegarty

Erin Hegarty is a staff attorney with the Family Preservation Project. She represents parents facing investigations or ongoing involvement from the Department of Children and Families. Prior to her work at SCCLS, Erin completed a clinical fellowship with the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, focused on family defense and community engagement. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the College of William & Mary.
