James Hasson

James Hasson is a staff attorney in SCCLS’ New Bedford office who represents elders in healthcare, benefits, and housing cases. Prior to joining SCCLS, James worked as a public defender with the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Springfield, Massachusetts, and then as a personal injury lawyer in New Bedford, Massachusetts, representing injured fishermen. James received his JD from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was an award-winning member of Suffolk’s National Trial Team.
