Kate Pace

Kate (she/her) joined SCCLS in December 2025 as Development Director. She is dedicated to strengthening nonprofit organizational capacity to better serve under-represented, marginalized, and vulnerable communities. Kate brings extensive experience spanning direct service delivery and organizational leadership, with expertise in communications, development, evaluation, organizational assessment, and program implementation.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, where she also completed a Human Services Organizational Management Certificate. Prior to joining SCCLS, Kate held multiple supervisory and leadership roles at a nonprofit early education program supporting vulnerable children and families in Boston and the Mystic Valley.
