Scott Halper

Scott Halper is an Attorney specializing in benefits law. Scott focuses on helping clients access SNAP, TAFDC, EAEDC, and other public benefits. Prior to joining SCCLS, Scott attended Boston University School of Law. During law school, he interned at Greater Boston Legal Services in their tax law unit, he volunteered as a VITA-certified tax preparer, and he worked at the Asian American Community Association’s Low Income Tax Clinic. Scott also attended Brandeis University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and participated in Mock Trial.
